St Kitts Citizenship Through Real Estate
St Kitts citizenship through real estate is one of two (2) options which qualify applicants for St Kitts citizenship under the St Kitts economic citizenship program. As the name suggests for this option of St Kitts economic citizenship an investment must be made in a real estate project or property in St Kitts. The Government of St Kitts and Nevis have already designated specific real estate properties for the St. Kitts & Nevis Real Estate for Citizenship Program.
St Kitts Citizenship-by-Investment — Procedure
- Complete application form and submit the required documents
- Choose a St Kitts real estate property you would like to invest in. To do this you can visit the island to view available properties or let us help you. We research the properties available, send you pictures and important information and help you make a choice.
- The minimum investment which you can make is US$400,000 and this amount does not include our professional and legal fees, due diligence or government fees.
- Submit proof of ownership of the property as soon as the investment has been made
- The government will issue a soft letter if your application is considered. It is required you may be called for an interview in St Kitts. As your agent we will inform you of this date in advance
- Citizenship of St Kitts is granted when a Minister of Government has issued a Certificate of Naturalization in your name
